Amber’s real estate journey began in 2001 as a successful leasing consultant for an apartment complex. While completing her Bachelor’s degree, she was recruited to work for a local home builder, quickly becoming their top sales manager at the age of 22. Craving flexibility after having her daughter, Amber began acquiring rental properties and flipping homes in Marion and Hamilton Counties. Her path lead her to a national real estate franchise where she excelled and learned from her mentor. For eight years she honed her craft until she knew it was time. Amber launched Epyk Realty in 2014 and has an ever-growing list of super satisfied clients. Amber takes every single file from beginning contract to the closing table and beyond. Amber has resided in Hamilton County for almost four decades and loves the area, the people, and most of all the real estate. Epyk Realty is a local, hometown business based in Noblesville, Indiana.
